UA INTRODUCES BAY AREA, KOREA SERVICE

CHICAGO - United Airlines has begun daily nonstop service between San Francisco International Airport and Seoul Korea's Inchon International Airport. UA flight # 807 will depart San Francisco daily at noon and arrive in Seoul at 4:40 pm the following day.  The return flight, UA # 808, will depart Seoul daily at 1:45 pm and arrive in San Francisco at 8:20 am the same day.  United will operate the flights with Boeing 777 aircraft configured for three classes of service with the carrier's popular First Suite product in the first class cabin.  The Boeing 777 aircraft is configured with 10 seats in United First, 49 seats in United Business and 216 seats in United Economy. Korean-speaking flight attendants will be onboard each flight, and an ethnic meal service will be offered in all cabins. Korean-dubbed movies and other Korean-language audio entertainment will also be provided.

SINGAPORE AIR'S NEW "FABULOUS OFFER" DETAILED

LOS ANGELES - Singapore Airlines (SIA) has unveiled its largest global sales campaign ever - SIA's Fabulous Offer - with "dramatically" discounted fares to Singapore and Southeast Asia. The SIA Fabulous Offer allows travelers to fly round-trip to Singapore for as little as $249 from any of SIA's US gateways, including San Francisco and Los Angeles. More than 2,000 economy class seats will be made available for travel between the U.S. and Singapore from July 1 until August 31. The special saves consumers an extra 50% from the already reduced round-trip fare of $499. Travelers must depart the US between July 1 and August 31, 2003 with a maximum stay of 30 days. The offer is only available by logging on to www.singaporeair.com or via Singapore Airlines Reservations at (800) 742-3333. Fare is round-trip, Economy Class travel from New York, Newark, San Francisco or Los Angeles gateways only. Tickets are non-refundable and no frequent flier miles may be accrued. US taxes, customs user fees, airport passenger facility fees, foreign departure taxes and fees totaling approximately $83 are not included. Limited seats available for the Internet-only $249 rate. Rates are subject to change without notice and some other restrictions may apply.
