ITC RULES AGAINST HAND TRUCKS FROM CHINA

WASHINGTON, DC - The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has determined there's a reasonable indication that a US industry is threatened with material injury by reason of imports of hand trucks from China that are allegedly sold in the US at less than fair value.

As a result of the USITC's unanimous affirmative threat determination, the Department of Commerce will continue to conduct its antidumping investigation of the hand truck imports, with its preliminary determination due on or about April 12.
