EARLY NAMED CFO OF uWINK INC.
SAN JOSE - uWink Inc., a designer, developer and marketer of entertainment software for touch screen video game terminals, amusement vending machines, and lottery and gaming kiosks, has appointed Lawrence Early to the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Early joins uWink from Accesspoint, Inc. in Los Angeles where he was Controller from 2002-2003. Prior to that position, Early was Regional Controller for the Southwest operations of Westsun America, Inc., where he managed five branch offices and five operating subsidiaries.
CALLOWAY GOLF APPOINTS NEW VP OF DESIGN
CARLSBAD - Joey Rodolfo has been named Vice President of Design at the Callaway Golf apparel division of Ashworth, Inc., a designer of sportswear and golf apparel. Rodolfo began his career in California in the late 1970's with Catalina Swimwear. In 1980 he joined Union Bay Sportswear in Seattle, Washington, as Men's Design Director. In 1989, he co-Founded Cutter & Buck as Senior Vice President and Creative Design Director. In 1997 Rodolfo established Double R Corporation, which included "Resort Two" for women, and later, "JR 1879" for men labels. Callaway Golf apparel recorded sales of over $30 million in 2003, their first full year in operation. Its parent - Ashworth Inc. - is a designer of men's and women's golf-inspired lifestyle sportswear distributed domestically and internationally in golf pro shops, resorts, upscale department and specialty stores and to corporate customers. Ashworth products include three main brand extensions.
NATURAL ALTERNATIVES NAMES LANE TO BOARD, AUDIT COMMITTEE
SAN MARCOS - Natural Alternatives International Inc., a formulator and manufacturer of customized nutritional supplements, recently named Alan Lane to its Board of Directors and its Audit Committee.
Lane recently joined Financial Data Solutions, Inc. as Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his present position with Financial Data Solutions, Lane was Chief Executive Officer and President of the Business Bank of California and a member of the bank's Board of Directors. Lane held these positions with Business Bank of California from 1998 until its sale to Union Bank of California earlier this year. At the time of its sale to Union Bank, Business Bank of California was a $700 million commercial bank with fifteen branches in northern and southern California. Prior to heading Business Bank of California, Mr. Lane was a director, Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer of several financial institutions and non-financial operating companies.
