TRADE SERVICES / FINANCE - September 15 to September 30, 2004

CYBERADS TO ACQUIRE TWO UNNAMED COMPANIES

TORRANCE - Media marketer CyberAds Inc. has signed letters of intent to acquire two unnamed multi-media marketing multi-million dollar companies.

Both companies - one located Florida, the other in Northern California - are currently generating positive cash flow with revenues anticipated to exceed $20 million annually, according to a spokesman for CyberAds.

The Florida-based acquisition provides sales and marketing services for the providers of consumer products and services.

The company hosts a bi-lingual call center in South Florida with over 100 seats, capable of handling over 5,000 in bound calls per hour.

Additionally, the company has created strategic relationships with 3rd  party call centers to handle the overflow and direct marketing of products and created a joint marketing agreement in early 2004 to market CyberAds Cellular phones to the Hispanic market.

The second acquisition involves a data management company located in Northern California.

That company provides managed hosting, collocation services, network connectivity, managed security, storage and backup, and managed application services for businesses that rely on the Internet for daily operation.

According to the CyberAds spokesman, the business "is poised for growth, and has the infrastructure required to become a $100 million a year company on it's own. It merely needs Sales and Marketing direction, and a management team focused on delivering. We project closing this transaction before year end 2004."
