Patrick Byrne is the new Senior Vice President at Agilent Technologies Inc. and President of its Electronic Products and Solutions Group (EPSG). Byrne was most recently Vice President and General Manager of EPSG's Wireless Business Unit, based in Santa Rosa, Calif. He replaces William Sullivan, Agilent's executive vice president and chief operating officer, who was recently named president and CEO effective March 1, 2005. In his new role, Rocha will oversee all programming and promotion operations for all of Entravision Radio's 54 stations nationwide.
