Patrick Byrne is the new Senior Vice President at Agilent Technologies Inc. and President of its Electronic Products and Solutions Group (EPSG). Byrne was most recently Vice President and General Manager of EPSG's Wireless Business Unit, based in Santa Rosa, Calif. He replaces William Sullivan, Agilent's executive vice president and chief operating officer, who was recently named president and CEO effective March 1, 2005. Byrne will assume his new position effective immediately.
