Patrick Byrne is the new Senior Vice President at Agilent Technologies Inc. and President of its Electronic Products and Solutions Group (EPSG). Byrne was most recently Vice President and General Manager of EPSG's Wireless Business Unit, based in Santa Rosa, Calif. He replaces William Sullivan, Agilent's executive vice president and chief operating officer, who was recently named president and CEO effective March 1, 2005. Byrne will assume his new position effective immediately. Entravision Radio, a division of Entravision Communications Corporation, has promoted Nestor Rocha to the position of Vice President of Programming. In his new role, Rocha will oversee all programming and promotion operations for all of Entravision Radio's 54 stations nationwide. AXM Pharma Inc. recently named Chet Howard has been named the company's Chief Executive Officer in the US and China and Zhenyu Kong as its President - China Operations and Chief Operating Officer of its operating subsidiary, AXM Pharma Shenyang, in China.
